Launch in 10 Minutes: How Neue Alchemy used ChatGPT Agent to Build Smarter, Faster
Text Version Below
Building with Agents: 10 Minutes to Research, Plan, and Launch
With the release of agentic workflows, we’ve been testing what happens when you hand off the busywork, but keep the clarity.
We ran a recent sprint through the new multi-tool agent framework—not as a hypothetical, but as a rapid-fire build test. The goal? Simulate launching a new DTC brand from scratch: sourcing trends, analyzing the market, planning GTM, and surfacing insights autonomously.
The time limit: 10 minutes.
The prompt: Build a full research and launch file for a health & wellness e-commerce concept (could easily be a new ALCHMY blend or a Labs-born brand).
The outcome: Working spreadsheets, charts, citations, and a launch-ready summary deck.
Here’s how it worked.
—
01 / Give It a Mission, Then Let Go
We dropped in a structured prompt:
“Research wellness and fitness e-commerce growth trends. Summarize key articles. Create a spreadsheet with charts. Build a business model calculator. Draft a strategic launch plan. And sign up for a relevant newsletter to track signal over time.”
All within one delegated run.
The agent spun up a secure virtual workspace. It:
Searched for health & fitness market reports
Parsed articles and pulled citations
Wrote code to generate charts and projections
Interacted with the browser to complete form fields and trigger email flows
Assembled everything into a working file system: spreadsheet, visualizations, and launch doc
You could intervene at any point, but we let it run.
—
02 / Watch It Think (Then Step In When Needed)
What makes this model different is that it thinks in public.
You can toggle into activity view and track every step:
What it searched
What it clicked
What code it’s writing
What’s being calculated and why
Need to handle a sensitive input (like name/email)? Just hit “Take Over”, type it in, then hand control back. It’s not a black box. It’s a co-pilot with a pause button.
—
03 / The Deliverables
At the end of the 10-minute run, we had:
A clean spreadsheet with:
Linked articles and publication metadata
E-commerce growth charts (historical and projected)
A working calculator for launch planning (cost inputs, volume assumptions, CAC, LTV)
A short-form research brief including:
Key trends in fitness e-comm
Success drivers for DTC brands
Risks and considerations for international expansion
Visuals, summaries, and formatted citations
All editable, all source-backed, all generated without human bottleneck.
—
04 / The Value: Agentic Autonomy = Creative Space
This isn’t about replacing human work—it’s about clearing the fog.
By delegating search, summarization, and early-stage modeling to a system like this, we created:
More time to focus on actual decision-making
A baseline dataset we could trust and build from
Space for narrative, not just numbers
For a founder building something new? It gets you to clarity faster.
For a strategist spinning up a pitch or model? It removes the gruntwork.
For us? It’s a new way of working—fluid, transparent, and testable.
—
05 / What We’re Testing Next
At Neue Alchemy, we’re now applying this agentic workflow to:
ALCHMY Coffee seasonal planning (new roasts, new regions)
Internal Labs spinouts and early-stage brand testing
Workshop prep and client prototype kits
Investor-grade memo building (automated first drafts)
All modular. All flexible. All built on the idea that thinking time shouldn’t be held hostage by grunt time.
—
If you’re trying to move faster—without sacrificing rigor or context—agentic tools like this are your unlock.
Let them work while you build what only you can.
